Easter Yoga Retreat Daylesford – April 6th to 9th 2012
Held in australia’s spa town, this retreat will leave you feeling rejuvenated and relaxed.
Commencing on friday 6th april, we will meet at 5pm at satyanada ashram to join the evening haven ceremony.
Heading onto our venue at hepburn retreat centre, meet your fellow yogi’s before sumptuous vegetarian food and meditation to ease you into a restful sleep.
The rest of the weekend will consist of morning and evening asana practice, workshops on holistic area’s, a trip to the hepburn spa house, nature meditations and of course free time if you
Would like to head off for a massage, tarot reading or even get your astrological chart done.
The retreat is suitable for all levels of yoga experience.
