The theme of this crystal grid is Strength and Vitality both physically and spiritually represented by the Scarlet coloured crystals and the Celtic Dara Knot symbol of strength.
The strength crystal grid was created for the month of April when the colour of scarlet is in harmony with nature in the southern hemisphere. It can be used anytime to focus and amplify the energies of strength and vitality to our lives.
The Stones:
Focus Stone (F): Clear Quartz Generator – is used to amplify and focus the energy of the grid
Pathway stones (P): Clear Quartz Points – are used to flow the energy of the grid into the healing stones
The Healing stones (H): Garnet Crystals – are used for their scarlet colour ray of influence
How to use:
- Cleanse and clear each of your stones
- Place the Focus stone in the middle point of the grid (F)
- Place the 8 Pathway stones on points (P)
- Place the 4 Healing stones on points (H)
- Activate the grid to signal the beginning of your intention
- Sit with the grid and tune into the energy of strength and vitality.
The Method:
Place the grid on an altar or any place where you can sit with it. Add the stones to the grid as described above and activate the grid. I like to use chimes.
Leave the crystal grid setup for an entire month and sit with it often.
This method of crystal grid healing uses the following 3 energies: Sight, Site and Cite.
You Sight the pattern and colour of the grid with your eyes. You have a Site (the location) of the grid setup in your space for an entire month. You Cite or refer to your intention of feeling joy every time you sit with the grid.
This healing crystal grid also uses the 3 energies of The Sun (father), The Earth (mother), and The Mind (child). The Sun energy comes from the colour rays of the crystals. The Earth energy comes from raw materials that form the building blocks of the crystals. The Mind energy is your own intention to feel joy which is held in stone in the lattice structure of the healing crystals.
This crystal grid forms a powerful healing energy of strength and vitality.
