Cedarwood essential oil calms nervous tension and quietens an over zealous mind. It is a wonderful essential oil for helping with anxiety.

Cedarwood essential oil can be used in the treatment of acne, muscle and joint pain and it is very powerful antiseptic, fungicidal and antiseborrheic (helps with dandruff, hair loss and oily hair).

How to use Essential Oils:

in an oil burner
added to a bath
slipped into massage oil
dripped on a tissue (and placed where you need it)
blended with other oils to make your own essential oil blend
Or when you need a quick lift - take off the top and inhale for a quick 'pick-me-up'.
