Shipping & Delivery
All items are shipped via Australia Post. We offer standard or express options. Delivery prices are calculated automatically based on weight and delivery location. You can get a shipping estimate from the shopping cart prior to logging in and placing the order. Orders are posted within 1 business day when in stock. If items are unavailable at time of delivery the customer will be notified via phone or email. Mulitple shipping address can be used from the one cart!

Returns & Replacements

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase it may be exchanged for another purchase or you can have your online account credited with the purchase value or we can simply process a refund. Higher value gifts may be substituted with payment of the difference. Please return the unwanted gift to our store at 245a Glenferrie Rd, Malvern VIC 3144, Australia within one week of purchase. Returned goods must be unused and in resalable condition. Refunds less shipping cost will be processed once goods are returned


Our one page checkout process makes ordering online simple and easy. You are prompted on each step and each option as you go. If you have a special request or prefer to place your order by phone we can manually process your order by credit card, call (03) 9509 2421 during business hours. You can conveniently ship to Multiple Addresses in one order. A separate invoice will be emailed to you for each order placed. To use this Check Out method, you must first have created an account or logged into your account. From the Check Out page, each unit of each item you have selected will be divided up.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions
Our site offers several different options for accepting payments. We accept both online and off-line payment methods, with online being our most preferred method of payment for faster processing of purchase.


Credit Card- When you select this payment method list you will be required to enter the Name on Card, select the Credit Card Type, enter the Credit Card Number, and select the Expiration Date. Credit card details are entered through our EFTPOS terminal. Once these details have been checked the transaction is then processed and completed. We accept the following credit cards: Amex, Mastercard, Visa.


Direct Deposit- When you select this method of payment you can make a payment directly to our bank account by direct credit. Goods are shipped once payment has been received and verified.


PayPal- When you select this method of payment you will be automatically directed to PayPal where you can make your payment. Goods are shipped once payment has been received and verified.


Currency- All prices quoted on this site are in Australian dollars.


GST - All prices quoted on this site are inclusive of a goods and service tax called GST which is a 10% consumer sales tax levied required by the Australian Government. GST is payable on all orders delivered in Australia. GST is not payable if the goods are sent overseas.


Viewing Orders
Once you have successfully completed the required fields at the Check Out stage and submitted your Order you will receive an Order Confirmation. You can track the status of your Order through regular email notifications. We will notify you when your order is being processed and when it has been dispatched from our store. At any time you can login to your Account and view a summary of your recent orders.


Updating Account Information
From your My Account Dashboard you have the ability to view a snapshot of your recent account activity and update your account information including delivery address, logon information and password.
