Sweetgrass Braid for Smudging

Burning sweetgrass is known to attract good spirits, or beings, before performing ceremonies. It is used to attract positive energies, cleanse your surroundings and helps with relaxation and healing. We hang them in our healing room for protection and for the natural vanilla scent! In some cultures, braids are left as offerings at graves and sacred sites. The sweetgrass is braided and left to dry naturally. To burn as an incense, light one end and blow out the flame, allowing the grass to smoulder and release its vanilla scent.
